You can use the brand new MyThomson Tablet app if you’ve booked a holiday directly with Thomson in store, online or over the phone.
Just log in 3-4 days after you have made your booking with all of your details at hand.
Then you’re ready to manage your booking, plan excursions, book handy extras, plus lot’s more – all from the MyThomson Tablet app.Your perfect travel companionThe MyThomson Tablet app has everything you need for your holiday in one place – anytime, anywhere, including:Your personalised holiday countdown• The weather where you’re going• Your full holiday summary• Inspirational destination guides• The top must sees• Extras and excursions• We’ll send you push notifications act as handy little reminders so you don’t forget the important things before your holiday• If you haven’t booked a holiday you can browse our great range of products straight from the tablet.To log in you’ll need:• Your lead passenger surname.
(That’s the person that booked your holiday and receives all correspondence).• Your departure date.• Your booking reference number – it looks like this: 1234/567891.• The second set of numbers can be between 4 and 8 numbers long.Sorry, you can’t use the app if:• You didn’t book directly with Thomson.• Your booking includes more than 1 hotel or 2 flights.• You have booked a Thomson Cruise.• You’ve booked a First Choice holiday through Thomson.If you don’t have an Android tablet you can still download the MyThomson app on your Android smartphone.If you are a Thomson Cruises or First Choice customer you can still manage your holiday at:Thomson Cruises – http://my.thomson.co.ukFirst Choice – visit http://my.firstchoice.co.uk or download the My FirstChoice Android appYou can only log into the MyThomson app if you’re travelling on holidays departing up until 31st October.
Customers who have booked holidays departing from 1st November onwards will be able to log in soon.
